ORDER

The petitioner/A-1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.10.2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 131, 109(1), 351(3) of BNS and Section 27(2) of Arms Act in crime No.558 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail. 1/3

2. When the mater was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the Detention Order has been passed against the petitioner on 04.11.2025 and the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982. The copy of the Detention Order was placed before this Court.

3. Recording the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as far as A-1 is concerned.
