Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.10.2025 in accordance with law within the time limit as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has sought for direction to the first and second respondents to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
