(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the shop has been relocated to some other place and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
