Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling the records pertaining to the impugned demand notice to pay the water tax dated 19.08.2013, passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently directing the respondents not to compel the petitioner to pay the deposit amount of Rs.1000/- for the drinking water connection to the petitioner's house for the reason that the petitioner has

already paid the said amount on 02.04.2002 itself. Prayer in WP(MD) No.14692 of 2013:
