ORDER
The grievance of the writ petitioner is that her husband was employed as Clerk from 01.04.1976 and passed away on 20.02.2006 while he was in service. However, the arrears of salary amount Rs.45,900/- with interest and other terminal benefits including pension has not been paid to the writ petitioner. 2.In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent on 28.06.2013 and the same is yet to be considered.
3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 28.06.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is permitted to submit a copy of the representation and the documents, if any, along with a copy of the order passed in this writ petition.
4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no orders as to costs.
