The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to issue Nontraceable certificate in respect of the missing Document in Doc.No. 308/1998, dated 28.08.1998, by considering his representation dated 17.10.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner complies with all the requirements, the respondents would consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with the circular issued by the Director General of Police/Head of Police Force, Chennai, in Rc.No. 2029209/General.1(1)/2022, dated 01.04.2022 and communicate the decision taken on the said representation within a period of four weeks. 3.In view of the aforesaid undertaking, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
