ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 6 would submit that the petitioner had been permitted to sign the register, even though a communication had been sent to him to report for duty, after meeting the Bishop of the Corporate Management.

2. The petitioner can be permitted to attend his duty and any further action in pursuant to the disciplinary proceedings would be initiated against him.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 03.11.2025 TTA TO 3/5
