A notice dated 22.10.2025 scheduling a survey on 03.11.2025 is assailed on the ground that the procedure prescribed in an earlier order dated 02.09.2025 in W.P.(MD) No.23617 of 2025 has not been followed.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the survey scheduled on 03.11.2025 would be deferred and the procedure prescribed in the earlier order of this Court would be adhered to strictly.
