The above petition has been filed seeking orders to implead the petitioners 1 to 3 as respondents 2 to 4 in the second appeal.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that she is not pressing this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
