Gratuity, Encashment of Leave Salary, Commuted Value of Pension, Monthly Pension by taking Dearness Allowance at 50 percent i.e on par with serving employees of Transport Corporation with Arrears to the petitioner from the date of his retirement i.e 31.03.2024 as per in terms of the 15th wage revision settlement entered under section 12(3) of I.D Act dated 29.05.2025 together with interest at the rate of 6 percent per annum for the differential payment to be computed from the date of his retirement till the date of payment within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to compute and pay difference amounts in the benefits in respect of Gratuity, Encashment of Leave Salary, Commuted Value of Pension, Monthly Pension by taking Dearness Allowance at 50 percent i.e on par with serving employees of Transport Corporation with Arrears to the petitioner from the date of his retirement i.e 31.03.2024 as per in 2/5
terms of the 15th wage revision settlement entered under section 12(3) of I.D Act dated 29.05.2025 together with interest at the rate of 6 percent per annum for the differential payment to be computed from the date of his retirement till the date of payment within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by an earlier order passed by this Court and has placed reliance on the order made in W.P(MD)No.20522 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent also does not dispute the said fact.
4. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to release the eligible benefits to the petitioner together with 6% interest, since the settlement has not been paid in time, from the due date till the date of disbursement, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
