*********** The petitioner submitted a representation on 05.05.2011, requesting the first respondent to take action against the second respondent for constructing a building in violation of the Tamil Nadu Municipality Building Rules. Since there was no follow up action taken by the first respondent, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate on behalf of the first respondent. None appears on behalf of the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 05.05.2011 on merits and as per law,

as expeditiously as possible, after issuing notice to the second respondent.

4. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order so as to enable the first respondent to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
