Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent's order in Na.Ka.No.A12/4699/2013, dated 07.08.2013 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to grant the benefit under the Chief Minister Green House Scheme for the year 20132014 along with Solar energy to her as per the recommendation of the 3rd respondent's proceedings of Special Village Saba meeting, dated 22.03.2013, within the period stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner has sought for the issuance of a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, to call for the records of the 1st respondent's order in Na.Ka.No.A12/4699/2013, dated 07.08.2013 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to grant the benefit under the Chief Minister Green House Scheme for the year 2013-2014 along with Solar energy to her as per the recommendation of the 3rd respondent's proceedings of Special Village Saba meeting, dated 22.03.2013.

2.Mr.V.Muruganandam and Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleaders were put on notice to the respondents. 3.Since the application has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner was occupying the Government Natham Poramboke land without obtaining patta and to get the benefit under the Chief Minister Green House Scheme for the year 2013-2014 along with Solar energy, the petitioner should obtained patta under the long user category, in his name. But the petitioner submitted that he was recommended through Special Village Saba meeting held on 22.03.2013, to get the benefit under the scheme.

4. In this circumstances, if the petitioner get patta under the long user category, the respondents are directed to consider his application,in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. However, it is open to the petitioner to get first category patta in his name, if he is eligible under law.
