ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry into the complaint lodged by the respondents 4 and 5 by the considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent Police is not harassing the petitioner; that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the respondents 4 and 5 against the petitioner; and that the enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the above submission, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to complete the enquiry within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the respondent Police cannot harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. However, if the 2/4

petitioner's presence is required for enquiry, the respondent Police shall issue summons to the petitioner.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
