************ [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner questions the order dated 30.08.2013 issued by the Commissioner, Dindigul Municipality calling upon the Nagal Nagar Co-operative Building Society, to remove the encroachment in question.

2.Counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent and in paragraph No.9, it is mentioned that the encroachment in question has been removed on 04.09.2013 with the help of the police. At present, the public are using the said road.

3.If the writ petitioner seeks any further relief, it is for him to move the competent Civil Court in that regard. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 4.The writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
