Revathy : Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the combined Seniority List of the Teachers qualified to be promoted as Middle School Headmasters in Panchyat Union Middle School, Thirupparankundram Union published on 03.03.2011 and the consequent order of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/2001 dated 18.05.2011 and quash the same further directing the respondents to place the petitioner above the BT Assistants in the Seniority List.
