ORDER

The petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the warrant issued against the third respondent on 30.12.2023 in S.T.C. No. 157 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur, Ramanathapuram.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the complainant and the case is pending from 04.01.2024 for execution of warrant as against the third respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the second respondent has not received any warrant for execution from the Judicial Magistrate concern. 2/4

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner shall take steps to ensure that the warrant is addressed to the second respondent for execution.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
