by this Court.

By relying on patta No.100 in respect of multiple survey numbers, the petitioner applied for a survey of those lands.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He has placed on record the inquiry notice issued by the office of the District Revenue Officer. He submits that a revision petition has been filed by Alagarsamy and Venkatesan against the petitioner for cancellation of the patta in respect of survey Nos.120/12 and 120/13. Until the said revision petition is disposed of, he submits that it is not possible to consider the request for survey.

3. In view of this development, this Writ Petition is disposed of by leaving it open to the petitioner to reapply for a survey depending on the 2/4
