The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to provide irrigation input and output channel for agricultural lands comprised in Survey Nos.422 to 427 and to construct a hollow bridge across the road to output the water in S.No.423/1B in Keela Raja Kularaman Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District. 2.According to the petitioner, the respondent laid Cart-Track and thereby, closed input and output channel with agricultural lands, through which, the petitioner and his co-brother were getting water to cultivating their lands. During rainy season their lands get flooded with water, as there is no out put in the channel. In the circumstances, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 19.08.2013. The respondents did not pass any order on the representation. Therefore, he has filed the present writ petition.

3.Even though, the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, it will be sufficient, if the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, by directing the petitioner to give fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
