Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to revoke the suspension of the petitioner by considering the representation dated 23.06.2025 and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER

Considering the fact that the petitioner had been suspended as early as on 10.02.2025, there shall be a direction to the respondent to review the suspension of the petitioner in consonance with the G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management, dated 04.08.2022. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
