Petitioner is a practising advocate and he has given a complaint dated 12.08.2013 to the respondents 1 to 3, alleging action against the respondents 5 & 6 for their favourable action https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
towards the seventh and eighth respondents. But no steps have been taken till now. Hence, the petitioner is before this court with this Writ Petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the records carefully.
3. Perusal of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the fifth respondent shows that the allegations made by the petitioner were denied by him. This court is not willing to go into the allegations as well as the denial. As the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2013 is yet to be disposed of, without going into the merits, the third respondent is directed to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
