ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to pass suitable order for change of investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.09.2025 from the file of the third respondent to some other agency within the period as stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that there was money dispute between the parties; that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
