ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel for promotion to the Post of Chief Civil Surgeon for the year 2010 - 2011 and consequently to issue counseling call letter to enable him to appear before the Counseling.

2.Heard Mr.V.R.Venkatesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instruction submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 12.01.2011 in M.P.(MD) No.1 of 2011 passed in this Writ Petition, the petitioner was included in the Chief Civil Surgeon https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Refitment list approved for the year 2009 and orders were issued vide Proceedings Ref.No.78000/E6/1/2009 dated 30.03.2011 by the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services, Chennai. 4.Recording the above submission, as nothing survives further for adjudication in this matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
