This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.419 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent Police Station.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that during the course of investigation, it was found to be a case of mistake of fact and, accordingly, a final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District and RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
