ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303(2) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.490 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 15.10.2025, the petitioner has illegally transported 1 unit of sand in a Bolero Pickup Vehicle. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that 31 previous cases are pending against the petitioner. Therefore, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
