This writ petition has been filed questioning the order of the 1st respondent dated 15.04.2011, made under reference IRDA/NL/NTFN/ MOTP/066/04/2011, in which the passenger premium had been enhanced.

2.Heard Mr.A.Thiruvadikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Writ Petitions seeking similar relief came to be decided by the learned Single Judge of this Court at the Principal Seat by order dated 14.06.2011 in W.P.Nos.10908 of 2011 etc. batch and were dismissed.

4.Hence, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly in terms of the order dated 14.06.2011 in W.P.Nos.10908 of 2011 etc. batch. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
