The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to forbear the respondents, their men, agents, servants or any one claiming under them from removing check dam in S.No.390 situated in I.Vadipatti https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District and further direct the respondents 1 an 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.04.2011.

2.Heard Mr.D.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions from the Block Development Officer of I.Vadipatti Village, would submit that the respondents have no proposal to remove the check dam constructed in S.No.390 in I.Vadipatti Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District.

4.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed as no further adjudication is necessary. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
