By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks implementation of the direction by the District Revenue Officer on 02.11.2017 to cancel the patta transfer orders.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. After pointing out that the Writ Petition challenging the order dated 02.11.2017 in W.P.(MD) No.23366 of 2017 was disposed of on 19.12.2017 by granting leave to the petitioners therein to approach the competent civil court within thirty (30) days, he submits that the third respondent would inquire as to whether such civil suit was filed and thereafter take necessary action.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to verify whether a civil suit was 2/4

filed by the petitioners in W.P.(MD) No.23366 of 2017 and, if not, implement the order dated 02.11.2017 within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. NCS : Yes/No 05.11.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No apd To
