O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings dated 19.08.2025 passed by the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

3. The only ground raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was not put on notice prior to the cancellation of the patta in his name.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 fairly concedes that there is no specific averment in the impugned proceedings to indicate that notice was served on the petitioner.

5. Since the petitioner had not been put on notice before the impugned proceeding was passed, the impugned order is set aside and 2/4

the matter is remanded to the first respondent for fresh consideration. The first respondent shall issue notice to all concerned parties and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
