Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the Respondents from damaging the burial ground exhuming their ancestors Samathi and evicting and preventing the Islamic People of the Mayanur Village from offering prayer in the prayer hall in Survey No.168/3 Mayanur Village Krishnarayapuram Taluk Karur District and consequently direct the Respondents to permit the Islamic Community people to put up a Mosque and also maintain the Samathi.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The prayer has been wrongly framed. The allegation is against all the respondents namely, the District Collector, the Revenue Divisional Officer, the Tahsildar, the Panchayat President. The petitioner is not clear about his nature of relief. Therefore, we are not inclined to give any direction except to give liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the District Collector, if he is still aggrieved.

2.The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
