O R D E R

By relying on a sale deed dated 13.10.2008 and patta No.1288 in respect of survey No.109/3B, the petitioner had applied online for the conduct of survey. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the third respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that there is no rival title claim. He, however, adds that owners of adjacent lands are raising objections to the conduct of the survey.

4. The petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue records relating to the property. Therefore, a case is made out to consider 2/4

and act on the petitioner's application.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application for a survey after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. The entire process shall be concluded within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
