O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the review applicant and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. Vide order dated 12.09.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.19859 of 2025, we directed the temple structure to be maintained as such. We made it clear that the compound wall that was put up without getting proper permission will have to be dismantled. Under Rule 10(5)(g) of the Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Buildings Rules, 2019, it can be seen that for putting up of compound wall up to a particular height, prior permission is not required. We also notice that the compound wall has been constructed away from the main street and it has not been put up on the water body as such. In this view of the 2/4

3 REV.APLW.(MD)NO.224 OF 2025 matter, we direct that the compound wall that was put up by the petitioner shall not be dismantled. This review application is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
