ORDER

The writ petitioner was granted permission to ply the petition mentioned mini-bus on the petition mentioned route. The permit has long since lapsed. The petitioner applied for renewal. The request was rejected. Aggrieved by the same, an appeal was filed before the Tribunal. The Tribunal set aside the order passed by the authority and the matter was remanded. As on date, the renewal application is pending consideration before the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the said application and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
