Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned promotion order issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.H1/27507/2013 dated 04.09.2013 and to quash the same as illegal and for consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to prepare a revised seniority list afresh as per seniority and to include the petitioner's name in the promotion panel for the post of High School Headmaster in Government Kallar High School and to grant promotion in accordance with law.
