ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR ,J.) Petitioner has sought for a Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue the Kattunaicken Community Certificate in favour of his sons, namely G.Sateesh Kumar and G.Vijay based on the application submitted by him to the 2nd respondent, dated 25.01.2012, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The request of the petitioner for issuance of Kattunaicken Community Certificate to his sons, has been rejected. Hence right to seek writ of mandamus does not subsist and the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
