Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in Pertaining to the impugned election Notice No.I, Vide Na.Ka.G.S.No.82/Va.Ka./The.Aa/Rama/2025, dated 17.10.2025 issued by the 2nd Respondent and quash the same and Consequently directing the 2nd Respondent herein to revise the draft Voters list of the 3rd Respondent Pallivasal by deleting the ineligible voters names in the draft Voters List and to conduct the election to elect new management committee for the 3rd Respondent Pallivasal namely Ilayangudi Nesavu Pattadai Thozhuhai Medai Pallivasal Masjid Wakf situated at Ilayangudi Town and Taluk, Sivagangai District in accordance with approved scheme of the 3rd Respondent Pallivasal.
