This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct a proper field survey and measurement of the petitioner`s property situated at Survey No.75/3B, Palamadaipatty Village, Athanur, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, based on the petitioner`s online application bearing Application No. 2025/0123/14/004681 dated 27.06.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 3 and 4.
3. The petitioner submitted an online application for conducting field survey and measurement of the petitioner's property at S.No.75/3B, 2/5
Palamadaipatty Village, Athanur. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's online application dated 27.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, and to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say that if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil court. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
