.. Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.383-Aa3-2011 dated 24.05.2011 and quash the same as null and avoid.

O R D E R

By an order dated 24.05.2011, the first respondent, had directed the Head Master of the petitioner school, to disburse the salaries, in view of the dispute between the Headmaster and one of the teachers in the petitioner's school.

2.During the pendency of the writ petition, both the Headmaster and the concerned teacher had been transferred and they have also retired from service. Pursuant to that, the salaries of the teachers are now being disbursed through the Correspondent of the school.

3.In view of the change in the circumstances, the impugned order dated 24.05.2011, passed by the first respondent is quashed. The writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
