ORDER

The present civil revision petitions have been filed to set aside the order passed in E.A.Nos.2 to 4 of 2025 in E.P.No.260 of 2023 in O.S.No. 3/6

749 of 2013 dated 19.08.2025 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Madurai.

2. The applications filed by the petitioner were primarily dismissed on the ground that the petitioner's Principal had earlier filed a similar application, which had already been dismissed. Hence, the applications filed by the petitioner as the Power of Attorney holder of the Principal who was the defendant in the suit cannot be maintained.

3. For the aforesaid reasons, I do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the orders impugned in these revisions. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed. However, there shall be a direction to the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai is directed to dispose of I.A.No.177 of 2023 in A.S.No.33 of 2023 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the proceedings in E.P.No.260 of 2023 shall be kept in abeyance. There shall be no order as to costs.
