ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for R1. I also heard Shri.M.Kannan / learned counsel for the intervenor (temple) / Arulmighu Alamelu Mangai Ammal Temple, sub temple of Andal Kovil, Srivilliputhur.

2. The petitioner had filed O.A.No.44 of 2024 on the file of the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE, Madurai. In the said OA, the second respondent herein had filed I.A.No.4 of 2025. The impleading application was allowed vide order dated 03.09.2025. The petitioner has challenged the said order.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while he may not have any grievance as such as against the order impleading, the petitioner feels aggrieved by some of the observations and findings set out therein. I direct the first respondent to decide OA on its own merit and in accordance with law without being influenced by the observations and findings set out in the impugned order dated 03.09.2025 allowing I.A.No.4 of 2025 in O.A.No.44 of 2024. In other words, the observations set out in the impugned order will not in any way affect the rights of the petitioner while prosecuting the OA.
