Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent relating to his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.24820/2007/E2, dated 22.12.2010 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and against the Rules and consequently, directing the 2nd respondent to assign the land in Survey No.89/4, Alnangadu Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai in favour of the petitioner.
