ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2013.

2. Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief in this Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, at the time placing his submissions, would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner, is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the request of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.06.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and after giving due opportunity of hearing to both parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
