ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to life and limb of the petitioners by considering their representation dated 09.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioners' representation, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.10.2025.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to serve the closure report on the petitioners forthwith. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
