ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider her representation dated 14.07.2025 within the time limit stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.
3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
