Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceeding in Na.Ka.No.4370/A3/2012 signed on 04.06.2013 and quash the same and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to approve the order of transfer made by the 4th respondent dated 17.08.2009 and further direct him to disburse the salary as well as other pecuniary advantages in connection with the petitioner's service rendered right from 18.08.2009 at the 4th respondent's school as a Secondary Grade Teacher.
