By relying on an order dated 24.03.2025 of the Revenue Divisional Officer, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for the enforcement of such order by the Tahsildar.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the said order would be implemented within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after verifying that such order is still in force.

3. By an order dated 24.03.2024, the subdivision of survey Nos. 485/8 as survey Nos.485/8A1 and 485/8A2 was cancelled on application by one Murugesh. Before taking a decision for the implementation of the order dated 24.03.2025, notice should be issued to the said Murugesh to verify whether the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer has been challenged before the District Revenue Officer. 2/4

4. Subject to the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to implement the directions issued by the order dated 24.03.2025 within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
