*********** The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition stating that inspite of a direction given by the second respondent for correction of errors in the revenue records in respect of his land in S.No.352/2 at Athambi South Village, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District, follow up action was not taken by the respondents. The petitioner referred to the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No. 73680/2010 Uoo(2), dated 09.12.2010 to demonstrate that the direction was given by the second respondent and inspite of the same, no action has been taken by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thanjavur District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

The third respondent is directed to take follow up action pursuant to the proceedings of the second respondent dated 09.12.2010 and the representation of the petitioner dated 09.05.2011 and dispose of the same on merits and as per law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 09.05.2011 along with a copy of this order so as to enable the respondent to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
