ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent no.1 to 3 herein to reconsider the petitioner transfer within a stipulated time period in accordance with law on the basis of the representation dated 07.10.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 07.10.2025 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
