ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 03.10.2024 in W.P.(MD).No.23550 of 2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the order dated 03.10.2024 in W.P.(MD).No.23550 of 2024, the respondent has passed a speaking order dated 06.11.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this contempt petition.

3. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 06.11.2025 in the manner known to law.
