PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 BNSS / 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned FIR in Crime No.73 of 2022 dated 20.03.2022 on the file of the Respondent Police and quash the same as illegal so far as the petitioner is concerned.

ORDER

The petitioners seek for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.73 of 2022 on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
