ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to take action based on his representation dated 27.09.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as mistake of fact. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to forthwith communicate the result of enquiry to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of the complaint, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
